Terms of Service

Effective Date: 6/16/2025

By hiring or collaborating with Prince, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership & Licensing Restrictions

All creative work, including but not limited to 3D models, environments, scripts, assets, and game logic and mechanics, provided by PrinceMustHustle is protected under copyright law and international agreements, including but not limited to:

  • Copyright Law (U.S. Title 17)

  • Creative Commons Licenses (CC, CC BY, CC BY-SA, etc.)

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

  • WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)

  • Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works

Distribution, resale, or repackaging of any provided work without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The work provided is for personal, internal, or agreed-upon use only, and is not transferable.

2. Payment & Project Scope

All projects require partial or full upfront payment before any work begins. Payment terms will be clearly discussed and agreed upon prior to development. Payment upfront is negotiable with Prince prior to development.

  • Ongoing communication regarding payment status and budget updates is expected throughout the project.

  • Failure to pay as agreed may result in immediate project suspension or termination.

  • All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in a formal contract or invoice.

3. Client Inactivity & Void Clauses

If PrinceMustHustle reaches out for project updates, approvals, or milestone sign-offs and receives no response within seven (7) consecutive days, the current agreement, budget plan, and development schedule may be considered void. The client may be required to re-book, repay, or renegotiate the project if resumed later.

4. Blacklist Enforcement

Any violation of this agreement—including unauthorized use, reselling of assets, failure to pay, ghosting, or breach of contract—will result in the client being blacklisted. Blacklisting means:

  • You may be reported to other indie developers, contractors, mentors, and commission-based creators within Meta Horizon Worlds and other relevant platforms.

  • Your name and/or project may be flagged as a risk to the creative community.

  • You may be publicly or privately disqualified from receiving future services.

5. Digital Liability Disclaimer

PrinceMustHustle is not responsible for any digital theft, hacking, account loss, or asset mismanagement that occurs due to the client's own actions, lack of digital hygiene, or third-party interference. Protecting your intellectual property, files, accounts, and devices is solely your responsibility.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative and digital work, refunds are not offered for completed or partially completed work. If you have downloaded or received any files or assets after a completed project or cancel a project mid-way, payment for work done up to that point is not refundable and if unpaid, payment is still required.

7. Modifications & Revisions

  • Minor revisions are often included in the original agreement.

  • Major revisions, changes to scope, or additions may require new pricing and time extensions.

  • Revisions requested after final delivery may, but may not always incur additional fees.

8. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed upon, any project details, client information, or unreleased content will be kept confidential by PrinceMustHustle and not shared or used elsewhere. The same confidentiality is expected from the client.

9. Right to Showcase Work

Unless explicitly requested otherwise, PrinceMustHustle retains the right to showcase completed work in personal portfolios, website galleries, social media, and professional reels for promotional purposes only. No client information will be shared unless requested by the client.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with its laws and courts.

Final Notes

By proceeding with any booking, consultation, or development work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice, and updated versions will be made available on the official website.
